A soft but steady framework shaped by breath, energy, and the body’s seasonal intelligence. Through yoga, ritual, and presence, we move in relationship with the moment — attuning to the inner and outer cycles that already hold us. It is how I live — and how I teach. Through this cyclical model I call Living Practice, I blend the healing modalities of yoga, energetic attunement, plant-spirit support, and astrological timing to guide others into a deeper relationship with themselves and the natural world. I believe that healing and clarity arise when we move in harmony with the energies already present around us. My offerings are an invitation to pause, to listen, and to live more aligned with the subtle wisdom of your body and the support of the moment. Rooted in breath and presence, Living Practice offers a way of life that unfolds season by season, moment by moment, through movement, ritual & return— we move in relationship with the moment — attuning to the inner and outer cycles that already hold us .
