You are the Purpose

Work hard. Do good. Be Incredible.
— Cheryl Strayed

When we set intention it simply means that we make a commitment to stay strong to who we are, who we want to be and where we want to go. When we take these actions we are living from our heart-center. We are being propelled by a strong force within that awakens us to our full potential as human-beings. When we trust our heart’s calling, we surrender and answer to an innate calling that flows out from our heart-center.

This calling urges us to not be guided by anything other than this powerful energy and calling that flows from our spirit, a deep place within our soul. It asks that we not be swayed by self-doubt or any other negative pull that gets in the way of what is healthy and right for us, individually.

The measure of all these things is your own heart. Allow yourself to be guided by your heart-center, listen closely to your feelings and live accordingly. This is heart-centered living.

Feel the essence of what it means to live with intention. Dare to be who you are, and do so wholeheartedly. Move forth from your heart. Lead from love and refuse to be a follower of fear.

Remember, most of all that you are strong, you are capable, you are whole and that you lack absolutely nothing.

Honor your personal commitments and intentions. Remind yourself daily that this simply means to commit to staying strong to who you are to, who you want to be and where you would like to end up. Never lose sight of this purpose.

For, you are the purpose, you are the mission.

The three grand essentials to happiness in life are something to do, something to love and something to hope for.
