Every week we each have various agendas moving forward. We hope to be productive. We have to do lists and deadlines to meet. We all  hope to complete our agendas with sustained energy and ease. 

But what is the reward if the production and tasks aren't stemming from a place of love and kindness? Our individual accomplishments are worth less if each task is rushed through and completed with disregard for the things and people that matter most. 

In order to move through weekly tasks best, find gratitude for what you already have. Love the many things in your life. Where in your life are you blessed? What do you have to be thankful for? How can this gratitude fill you with love and remind you that you are indeed, blessed. 

When we locate the blessings in our lives, we find stability and appreciation. We can effectively lead with love and kindness. We can be a blessing not just to others, but also to ourselves.

When you are blessed, be a blessing.

As we move through each week, let each action stem from love. Let it be your strength. Ground yourself in gratitude, and let it guide your work and accomplishments. Allow your blessings to influence the way you treat others. Choose to enter every situation with care, love and compassion. Make others feel loved. 

Be in service to yourself. Be in service to others.

Let your energy come from your heart and your work flow from a place of kindness that is evident to all. When things are done with love and gratitude, they are done well.
