Ashley Lorenzo (E-RYT 200, RYT 500) is an Atlanta-based yoga teacher. Her yoga classes combine both the physical and spiritual aspects of the yoga tradition. She employs a mix of alignment-based asana, meditation and breath work to cultivate greater awareness in the physical body and beyond. Her personal practice and teaching continuously evolves as she draws inspiration from many different forms of yoga and teachers. She has studied with Kathryn Budig and Gina Caputo, earning a 200 hour Integrated-Vinyasa yoga certification in 2014. Besides this training, she has attended multiple retreats and trainings with top teachers like Seane Corn, Christina Sell, Maty Ezraty and more. Additionally, she recently completed her 500 hour yoga training with Annie Carpenter and continues to study under the SmartFlow method today.
Always a student of the practice, Ashley’s teaches yoga to share what she knows and believes to work. The physical practice is just an entry point to the ancient teachings of yoga, but it helps us to remember that our actions, thoughts and the way we show up in the world matters.
Teaching yoga is Ashley's greatest joy. She is grateful for the community that yoga has created in her life and for the opportunity to share her love of this ancient practice in Georgia and all over the world.
